How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I wash my Giesswein shoes in the washing machine?
Yes, many of our wool models are machine washable. We recommend using a wool cycle at 30°C (86°F) with a mild wool detergent. Do not use a tumble dryer; instead, let them air dry naturally.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply use our online return portal to generate a shipping label and send the items back for a full refund or exchange.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In select regions, Klarna 'Pay Later' is also available.
